Performance of the Joyo MK-III Core

In the MK-III core, the fuel region was enlarged to increase the maximum installable number of irradiation rigs more than twice of that for the MK-II core. In addition, the neutron flux level in the core was increased approximately 1.3 times that for the MK-II core to allow the performing of various types of irradiation tests more effectively.
