Theme: “Atomic and electronic structure calculations for defect structure of complex concentrated alloys”
The mechanical properties of complex concentrated alloys are studied in Research Group for Radiation Materials Engineering. In the current research theme, the atomic and electronic structure calculations are implemented to understand the relationship between macroscopic mechanical properties and defect structures such as grain boundary and dislocation core structures.

Qualification requirements
Candidates must have a doctoral degree (including applicants who will receive their doctoral degree by the time of employment), and must have knowledge on material science and experience with the first-principle and molecular dynamics simulations. Candidates are expected to promote the research on the mechanical properties based on defect structures.
Terms of employment
(1) Salary: Approximately JY400,000 per month(including social insurance fee and tax)
(2) Allowance: Commutation and housing allowances are paid according to employees.
(3) Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
(4) Intermission: 12:00pm-1:00pm
(5) Holiday: Weekend (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, year-end holidays, paid holidays.
(6) Social Insurance, etc.: Health insurance, welfare pension insurance, corporate pension fund, employment insurance, workers accident compensation insurance.
(7) Welfare: Family resident and dormitory are available.
(8) Trial period: 6 months.
