Fuel Safety Research Meeting 2009May. 8, 2009Fuel Safety Research Meeting 2009 will be held on 20-21 May at Tokai. 1. Objectives and Scope of the Meeting The objectives of the Meeting are to present and discuss results of experiments and analyses of fuel safety research at Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) and to exchange views and experiences among the participants. The technical scope of the meeting will be focused mainly on high burnup fuel behavior under RIA and LOCA conditions. 2. Place of the Meeting The Meeting will be held at �Advanced Science Research Center� of Nuclear Science Research Institute, (2-4 Shirakata-Shirane, Tokai-mura, Ibaraki-ken, Japan). 4.
