Fuel Safety Research Meeting 2007

Fuel Safety Research Meeting 2007 will be held on 16-17 May at Tokai.

1. Objectives and Scope of the Meeting
The objectives of the Meeting are to present and discuss results of experiments and analyses of LWR fuel safety research at Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) and to exchange views and experiences among the participants. The technical scope of the meeting will be focused mainly on high burnup fuel behavior under RIA and LOCA conditions.

2. Program of the Meeting

3. Place of the Meeting
The Meeting will be held at �Advanced Science Research Center� of Nuclear Science Research Institute, (2-4 Shirakata-Shirane, Tokai-mura, Ibaraki-ken, Japan).

4. Registration
Participants should send Participant Registration Form and Visit Proposal by Facsimile or an E-mail to the meeting coordinator before May 9, 2007. Registration fee is free.
