This workshop was held as part of the grant project by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) with the purpose of assisting Vietnam’s preparation efforts towards the ratification of the Additional Protocol to its safeguards agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Included were participants from the Nuclear Material Control Center of Japan (NMCC) and the IAEA as well as those from the Institute for Technology of Rare and Radioactive Elements (ITRRE) and the Institute for Nuclear Science and Technology (NSTI) in Vietnam.
